The site shows friendly error pages when something goes wrong or a page cannot be found.
What You Might See
- General error page when an unexpected problem occurs.
- Not found page when content or a page doesn’t exist.
What To Do
- Refresh the page and try again.
- If you were following a link, return to the previous page and retry the action.
- If you are not signed in, sign in and repeat the action.
- Check that any filters or search terms are valid and try again.
When To Contact Support
Contact support when:
- The same error repeats after retrying
- You can't access a page you believe you should see
How to contact support:
- Contact your association directly
- Reach out to the MOS support team in the system
To help us diagnose the issue, provide:
- Approximate time of the error
- Page or feature you were accessing
- Steps taken when the error occurred
