Trainer: Complete Scenario Training

Access Level

You must be signed in and Trainer must be available to your role and group.

Overview

Trainer lets you practise realistic situations, write free-form responses, and receive coaching feedback. Packs contain scenarios prepared and approved by your trainers.

How to access

Click Learning then Trainer.

Training Packs

Each available pack shows its name, description, number of scenarios, and status.

Statuses may include:

  • Available - You can start the pack.
  • In Progress - You have an unfinished attempt.
  • Feedback pending or Awaiting review - A trainer must release feedback.
  • Completed - Every scenario has been submitted.

Only active packs assigned to your group or subgroup appear.

Start a Pack

  1. Find an available pack.
  2. Read its description and number of scenarios.
  3. Click Start this pack.
  4. Wait while the pack opens.
  5. Result: The Pack brief and first scenario appear.

You can have only one in-progress attempt for the same pack. Open or delete the existing attempt before starting again.

Complete a Scenario

  1. Read the Pack brief when one is provided.
  2. Select a scenario from the numbered scenario buttons.
  3. Read the scenario prompt.
  4. Review What a strong answer should cover when it is displayed.
  5. Enter your response under Your answer.
  6. Click Save progress if you want to continue later.
  7. When your answer is final, click Submit final answer.
  8. Result: The scenario is marked Completed and your answer is locked.

An answer is required before submission. Submitted answers cannot be edited.

Continue an In-Progress Pack

  1. Find the pack marked In Progress.
  2. Click Open.
  3. Select an unfinished scenario.
  4. Continue your saved response.
  5. Save progress or submit the final answer.

The progress badge shows how many scenarios you have completed.

View Coaching Feedback

Feedback handling depends on the pack:

  • For standard packs, coaching feedback appears after you submit the answer.
  • For manually reviewed packs, the page displays a message that feedback is waiting for trainer review. You receive an email when it is released.

To review feedback later:

  1. Find the completed pack.
  2. Click Open.
  3. Open each scenario to review your response, score, and released coaching feedback.

Delete an In-Progress Attempt

  1. Find the pack marked In Progress.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. In Delete In-Progress Attempt, click Delete.
  4. Result: The unfinished attempt is removed and you can start the pack again.

Completed sessions cannot be deleted from this page.

Troubleshooting

Trainer is not available

Your role, group settings, or subscription may not include Trainer. Contact your trainer or group administrator.

No training packs are available

Your trainer may still need to activate a pack or assign one to your group or subgroup.

Your answer will not submit

Enter an answer before clicking Submit final answer.

Feedback has not appeared

If the pack requires trainer review, wait for the notification email. The feedback appears after a trainer releases it.

Progress was not saved

Reopen the scenario and click Save progress before leaving the page. If the problem continues, contact your group administrator.
